For my entire life I have never been able to sleep in past 8 am even if I was up all hours of the night partying. Normally this has never bothered me, but as I get older I clearly don’t have the energy I used to have & now I am generally unproductive on days where I lack sleep. I used to think all you need is around 6 hours and you should be good to go, but according to this article in Harvard Business review I am DEAD WRONG. Please read if you are like me & don’t get enough sleep!!
