Triathlon Training


While I was reading endless magazines on my vacation, I came across an ad for the Nautica South Beach Triathlon and thought I could do a Classic Distance Triathlon, I have no idea if I can, but I have started training.  Below is an 8 week guide to being prepared for an Classic Distance Triathlon a half-mile ocean swim, a 19-mile bike course, and a 4-mile out-and-back run course.  I am actually doing a little more than the guide suggests because I would rather be over prepared, so I’ll keep you updated on my progress. In any case, I am so sore after the first 4 days!!
