Lost 7lbs in 3 days

My friend gave me a recipe for this 7 day soup diet, so I tried it for 3 days and lost 7 lbs.   AMAZING!!! Click this link for the recipe. The key to the soup in my opinion is to blend it so that it becomes a puree and easier to eat, if you do this, it is a lot more convenient to take on the go. I would also recommend adding a lot of hot sauce because then it goes down even smoother.  If you need to lose weight this is really easy!!
