If both Bill Clinton and Andres Izquieta say that Bukhara is the best restaurant in the world then I believe them and they are absolutely correct.  Located in the ITC Sheraton in New Delhi, Bukhara serves the best Dal (lentils) I have ever eaten in my entire life. Check it!
